English as a Second Language (ESL)
The levels of instruction offered range from beginning low to Intermediate high and address all language skill areas. Classes are in person, Monday to Thursday and are 3 hours each class.
We are happy to announce that El Rancho Adult School will be offering ESL Distance Learning classes at the start of the 24/25 school year.
Other ESL Classes offered through out the school year are:
- ESL Conversation and Vocabulary
- ESL Reading
- Computers for ESL

Los niveles de instrucción ofrecidos varían desde nivel inicial bajo hasta nivel intermedio alto y abordan todas las áreas de habilidades lingüísticas. Las clases son presenciales, de lunes a jueves y son de 3 horas cada clase.
Nos complace anunciar que la Escuela para Adultos de El Rancho ofrecerá clases de aprendizaje a distancia de ESL al comienzo del año escolar 24/25.

Test Requirement: You will need to take a placement test called a CASAS test before you can be enrolled into the class.
Requisito de la prueba: Deberá realizar una prueba de ubicación llamada prueba CASAS antes de poder inscribirse en la clase.
ID Requirement: School policy requires new and returning students to show a photo ID to confirm identity. Please bring your ID to the main office after you complete your registration form.
